How freeing it is to finally be able to eat sugar again!

It's the little things in life, like enjoying a glass of OJ in the morning, after literally years of ONLY drinking water...
Or enjoying a can of peaches before bed- and waking up a pound lighter in the morning.

I'm re-learning how to eat without the restrictive diet mentality hanging over me like a grey cloud.

My parameters are NO FAT/NO PROTEIN most days but I've had lean protein a few days and still lost weight.

I have to avoid the wheat because of the folic acid and glyphosate all US wheat contains. I do well with white rice as my starch.

I enjoyed cereal nearly every morning of my life when I was young and fit. This week, I started enjoying it again with rice crispies cereal and skim milk with 2T of organic cane sugar
