You are not alone in this struggle for your mind. The LORD'S Holy Spirit living within you is ever ready to help in this striving. Ask GOD to control your mind; The LORD will bless you with Life and Peace."

Prayer: Jesus, I choose to trust You and not be afraid. You are my Strength and my Song. When fear tries to drain me, help me use that energy instead to lean into You. My thoughts often run wild, but I invite Your Spirit to take control of my mind. Train me to guard my thoughts and to depend on You daily. I thank You for using even my weaknesses to pull me closer. Fill me with Your peace and remind me I am never alone in this battle. Amen.
