Disney & Universal Sue Midjourney: AI Copyright Battle Begins!

THAT was pretty unavoidable! At this point there's probably more AI images of Darth Vader then there is art of him. Probably more then there is FILM of him! And AI is only getting more powerful every day that goes by, with Greg the Stormtrooper generated by google veo 3 demonstratign that ANYONE can create Star Wars content. And naturally this is a nightmare for Disney and Universal that have now set their sights on midjourney v7 and soon other AI image generation companies. So, Is this a justified fight against piracy, or a move to stifle AI innovation?
