Under Age Captain Arrested Palm Beach County Florida

Palm Beach County , Florida Fish and Wildlife officer on patrol with
Coast Guard. Noticed a vessel with dealer registration on it. During questioning the Captain stated he had drank a couple drinks. FWC officer asked him to take breath test. Instead he choose to perform seated sobriety testing. He was arrested and charged with BUI.
