First day in Maryborough Magistrates' Court (Victoria) after being forced to enter into joinder with it when I was kidnapped by agents for Victoria Police, locked in a concrete cage for the day before being forced to enter into a 'bail agreement' as well as having to pay $2k 'cash' as a surety

3 months later, Entered the 'court' with the intent of claiming the (SURNAME) Cestui Qui Vie 'beneficiary' and the 'magistrate' couldn't lock me up quick enough for 'fail to appear' even though I was standing right in front of him... magistrate wanted the 'Mr. SURNAME' no matter what it took; Spent a few hours locked up before being taken back to the 'court' during the lunch break (closed) where magistrate loved the sound of his own voice but still released me from custody (he stomped his way to 'authority' when the court was open but changed tune when the public wasn't watching him)

'bailed' to appear the very next day at "Bendigo 'Law' Courts" I changed tact and let 'magistrate' have his way until he said something that really pressed my buttons so I stood up, took control of the court and issued a Victoria Lawful Notice of Treason to the prosecutor; Magistrate refused the document but I put him on Notice of Treason by holding the document up to the entire court full of people; You will hear the magistrate trying to talk over me but I refused to let him... I was on a mission

Then we rebuked the '12 presumptions of the court' in their entirety, made sure to get the 'magistrate' to acknowledge the rebuked presumptions and made him recognise the Living Man... no reams of documents required; Maxim: "our word is our bond, our bond is our word"

Ended with 'prosecutor' wanting to have a pow-wow (mediation) out of the 'court' so we can discuss whether the 'case' goes forward or not... this is the first time a 'prosecutor' has ever done this with thy-self, he even called me 'my friend' as if I were a lawyer standing beside him
