Flat earth is a clock?

Are we living on a clock? What are these people trying to show us?
I read that Tik Tok appeared in 2016 - 2+0+1+6=9. Did this number have anything to do with anything? Or is it just a coincidence? Although I don't believe in coincidences at all.
