Can I truly lose my salvation!? Justification and sanctification in under 3 minutes!

Justification is the moment we receive the Holy Spirit, the seal of our salvation. Most people refere to this as our salvation moment. We are made perfect in the spirit and justified before God through Christs atonement.....
"For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified."
Heb 10:14. But, as this and many others say, we still need to "work out of salvation," and "be transformed by the renewing of our minds." We still need to actively engage in the disciplining of our flesh and the laying down of our own "selves," in pursuit of that sanctification! Our Spirit is made perfect at the moment we submit our lives to Christ, but we do not become perfect in action because our minds (of flesh) are the centers of decision making which house our consciousness and will. This part of us is what needs to be renewed and disciplined. If It was not the case that our minds were the seat of decision and will, then we would not be able to respond positively to the gospel, because we are spiritually dead before the salvation moment. It would also be the case that post salvation moment, we would become sinless and perfect in the flesh as well if the spirit was the place from which the conscious mind and will emerged and operated. It must be the case then that the mind and will are of the flesh and are that which needs renewal and sanctification!

For by a single offering (Jesus death on the cross) he has perfected (in the spirt) for all time (eternally) those who are being sanctified (in the flesh - mind, will, emotions.).
