Trump Brings Stake, Garlic, Crucifix to Judge Count Boasberg

We all remember the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior federal district court Judge Boasberg—he’s the guy who claimed to have personal jurisdiction over people not in his district and subject matter jurisdiction over the same immigration law that Congress has stripped from the federal courts.

He even ordered that aircraft in international airspace be turned around to bring identified terrorists back to the United States.

The White House naturally bumped the case up to higher level courts, who quickly explained to Boasberg that in fact he lacked jurisdiction in this case, and ordered him to fix himself.

Instead, Boasberg made up another fictitious claim of jurisdiction, was again rejected by higher level courts, only to make up yet a THIRD fictitious claim of jurisdiction.

Today we’ll break down the White House response to this ridiculous “third times the charm” charade of jurisdiction claimed by Count Boasberg in the case of the terrorists he demands be returned to US soil.
