2025 EDIT: Games Creator was made by Mirrorsoft, which was a British development house owned by the same Jackass that stole the Tetris license from behind the Iron Curtain, and never bothered to pay them.

Not much can really be said about Games Creator, sadly. You can build a game, sure, much like you could make an Achievement Unlocked game, but without the charm of earning the achievements or thinking outside the box to acquire said cheevos.
