Arming My Resistance in ARMA Antistasi

A lot of back and forth going on yesterday in terms of taking ground. I lost my initial main base, and all of my population with it, so I could keep the ground I took. The solutions are simple. Better arms and armor, more fighters to use them. That's the initial goal, and I'll see where things go from there.
