Grif's Report Redux: Underrepresented Northeast El Paso

With some of the best views of the Franklin Mountains and most diverse section of El Paso, Northeast remains to be Underrepresented compared to the other parts of the city of El Paso. It's history is quite recent, but nonethelless interesting and unlike other parts of the city.
