Investigate Alejandro Mayorkas

It is well beyond time to investigate Alejandro Mayorkas because questions need to be answered. Did Mayorkas, while serving as Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, assume the powers of the President given Biden's inability to govern? Was he intentionally working with nations hostile to the United States when he caused the world's largest migration of illegal immigrants into the United States?
