Praying Through Ecclesiastes

Ecclesiastes 1:1-11

Lord God in heaven, we praise You and thank You for all those who have gone before us, who have been Yours. That they are the stories and examples You give us in Your Word. Lord, we understand that living for ourselves or for the world profits nothing and there is nothing new under the sun. This is one of the many reasons we rely on You and Your promises. You promise a life beyond what is lived under the sun. We ask that You remind us of Your promise when situations and circumstances bring us low. In the name of Jesus, Amen!
