The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom | Side Quest | The Zora Child's Fate

This is a side quest called The Zora Child's Fate in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. You go to a set of houses up in Kabul Waters and see a small Zora kid that has a side quest bubble above his head. You help him and his Mom to see some echoes and then she makes a Zora Scale and you get that as a prize at the end of the side quest.
