A shelter-in-place alert was sent out at 5:30 am for a three-mile radius around the Edinburgh Golf Course in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

According to police, the incidents are targeted. The suspect is believed to be a white man with "brown hair wearing black body armor over a blue shirt and blue pants."
