I don't make sour gummies often, most people request regular gummies. I recently got asked to make sour ones and thought let's make a quick video to show you how to do that. You can make them sour like I do in this video, however you could also add 1/4 tsp of Citric Acid to your regular gummy recipe as well or instead (adjust to taste).
