Godzilla x Kong: Supernova | Teaser Trailer Concept (2027)

Godzilla x Kong 3's title has been revealed alongside the first footage as production begins. Following the financial success of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, a direct sequel was announced with Grant Sputore directing and David Callaham writing the script, which will introduce several new human characters as the two titular titans "face off against a cataclysmic world-ending threat." The Godzilla x Kong sequel cast includes Dan Stevens reprising his role as Trapper alongside franchise newcomers Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O'Connell, Matthew Modine, Delroy Lindo, Alycia Debnam-Carey, and Sam Neill.

Now, Warner Bros. has shared a video announcing that the sequel's official title is Godzilla x Kong: Supernova, along with the first footage from the film, which is now in production. The video begins in the Monarch offices and slowly tracks toward a computer screen, revealing an emergency alert and a real phone number, (240) MONARCH, for fans to call and report a titan sighting. After cutting to black and revealing the logo, the video confirms the film is now in production.
