Welcome to album ranking Wednesdays here on the channel. Tonight I am doing a long awaited video im sure from many of you with the band DEATH! I believe this one has been requested as well.. i get alot of these requests so you will have to bear with me. Now for those of you living under a rock DEATH are one of the most legendary bands on the planet and are among the pioneering acts in the creation of Death Metal. They are widely regarded as the band that started it all for Death Metal and while i agree with that to a certain extent?

I personally feel that it was Possessed AND Death both who pioneered the genre. Along with acts like Necrophagia and Morbid Angel and Autopsy who all were part of the 1st wave of death metal and all had albums out before 1990 when the second wave took the world by storm! Now tragically we would lose Chuck Schuldnier in 2001 to brain cancer. The world of metal was shocked, Death metal bands and other metal artists alike came to Chucks Funeral and paid their respects to Chuck.

I was completely floored when i found out he passed away and clearly we had lost a legend ladies and gentleman. The world of Death metal has NOT been the same since because this is the impact that a band like DEATH had on the world of heavy metal music and im telling you DEATH was a band that would leave a mark on extreme music for eternity as they do not have ONE bad album in my opinion. I know many others share the same opinion as i do!
