History shows us that atrocities, like the persecution of Jewish people and Romani under the Nazi regime, were legally justified. Similarly, slavery was once codified into law, making it illegal to free those enslaved. The Prussian model of education, adopted in the late 19th century, has arguably contributed to a population that doesn't question authority or challenge the status quo. This conditioning can lead people to accept concentration camps as a means to control the narrative and suppress dissent.
