California Glock Ban

Some new language was added to the proposed ban-to-sell-glocks legislation in California recently. In a nutshell, Glock is really being targeted with this piece of law which just might pass. As of the time of this writing, AB1127 states that any semi-auto pistol that features a `cruciform' and is striker-fired, will be something the general public will not be able to purchase from stores. In my opinion, this, like most gun laws, goes after the black community at its core, but affects all who exercise 2A equally. If this passes the state senate, and Newsom signs it, it will be more of the same for poor Californians -- poor schmucks. They never seem to get a break! Since very few semi-autos that are striker-fired function utilize the particular `cruciform' design, it's obvious to me that this is an attack on the Glock culture, more than firearms.
