Governor Newscum reacts to Trump Administration deploying National Guard to Los Angeles riots

After crying on the internet and blaming President Trump for the escalation of violent rioting, California governor Gavin Newscum launched a lawsuit against the Trump Administration. US District judge Charles Breyer ruled that Trump's federalization of the California National Guard was illegal, violating the 10th amendment and exceeding his authority under title 10 of the US code. The judge ordered that control be returned to Newscum.

The Trump Administration immediately appealed and the US Circuit Court of Appeals paused Judge Brewer's orders allowing Federal control to continue pending further litigation.
