Pete Sapper’s Abusive Strategy — In His Own Words

During his coaching sessions, Pete Sapper repeatedly talks about his past — his traumas, including witnessing his father physically abuse his mother in front of him, and more. His victims were left confused, unsure why he was so focused on his own history. He psychologically and intentionally overwhelmed us with horrific stories and fake psychological authority — authority which we, the victims, neither consented to nor were informed about.

But in this video clip, Pete Sapper admits the reason he did this — his strategy:

“The real damage is caused by him — by him talking about his past over and over. He’s not empowering you. His goal is to get you to talk about your past and damage you.”

This is not empowerment. It’s psychological harm.

He openly admits he used this tactic to harm those who paid for his coaching services.

Fast forward to 2025: Pete Sapper has stolen the identity and language of spiritual communities, now claiming that the past is ‘an illusion’ — that it doesn’t exist.

This contradiction reveals a deliberate tactic: His main focus is your trauma and the main question he asks you during your initial encounter — forcing victims to relive trauma and obsess over their pain, while simultaneously telling them it doesn’t exist.

It’s a method to confuse, control, and damage.

This may also be projection — using his own unresolved issues to dominate the narrative and overwhelm his victims.

His goal? To use psychological violence and confusion as tools to trap, exploit, and traffick his victims.

Why does this matter?

Because by forcing victims to obsess over trauma while invalidating their experience, Pete Sapper keeps them stuck, powerless, and trapped.

This is not coaching — it’s calculated, manipulative control.

And Pete Sapper’s own admission proves he knows exactly how to do this — and does it knowingly.
