U.S. Intel: Iran Is Not Building a Nuclear Weapon, No Authorization from Khamenei

🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇷 U.S. intelligence agencies have reaffirmed that Iran is not pursuing a nuclear weapons program.

In a statement from March 25, 2025, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said, “The Intelligence Community continues to assess that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Khamenei has not authorized the nuclear weapons program he suspended in 2003.”

The IC remains vigilant, monitoring for any changes in Iran’s nuclear policy, but current evidence shows no reauthorization of weapons development.
