Badmouthing the other parent doesn’t just hurt reputations — it deeply impacts a child’s sense of self. What may seem like adult conflict is experienced by children as confusion, pain, and loss.

Therapists often say kids are resilient, but the truth is — they’re adaptive. They may learn to cope, but they don’t come through family trauma untouched.

Let’s commit to supporting both parents’ roles in a child’s life — not just today, but every day.
