Crash and Burn - (Sci Fi) - 1990

Unicom is a powerful organisation overseeing most of the world after its economic collapse. They have banned computers and robots, in an attempt to ensure "life, liberty, and the pursuit of economic stability." Unicom send a cyborg to infiltrate a remote TV station. The station and it's manager, are part of a group of revolutionaries, that secretly revolt, and speak out against Unicom's power and influence . As a result the station manager, is murdered
A Unicom delivery man, gets caught up in the revolution ,and must help the rest of the people at the station survive, through the incoming "thermal storm." Which means the station will be isolated, and cut off, with no chance of escape or help.

To add to the problem of the storm, it seems there is more than one, killer, at the station. Who will be the next victim?
