Adding DVswitch to Allstar and Enabling Echolink

On tonight's livestream we will be adding the ability to connect to my Allstar server via DVswitch, a smartphone app. Plus we will check the Echolink connection, I know that some people have had issues with it recently, so we will make sure everything is running correctly.
