Coming of the Messiah

Menachem Mendel Schneerson head of the Chabad-Lubavitch believed Benjamin Netanyahu had been picked by God to hasten the Messiah aka the Antichrist.

Netanyahu has been told by the Rebbe that until Palestine is gone, the Messiah will not return.

Netanyahu's aggressive ethnic cleansing of Gaza and push for settlement of the West Bank is clearly an attempt to fulfill the prophecy of the "coming of the Messiah" in Israel.
