I'm a U.S. Navy veteran, speaker, podcaster, preacher, comedian, and author. I created the Couple O’ Nukes podcast as a place where broken dreams, trauma, and transformation collide with truth, humor, and hope. Every episode is rooted in a simple mission: to help people face the darkest parts of their lives and walk out of them with purpose.

I come from a home full of chaos — emotional and verbal abuse, substance addiction, domestic violence, and absurd religious weaponization. That upbringing put me face-to-face with pain early on. It also gave me a radar for what’s real — and what isn’t — when it comes to healing, identity, and survival.
