This here is my laying leg curls
Super-Lite, 140lbs.
First set/Top set.
Goal reps are 15+ reps, including the spotted reps at the end of the full reps.

Spots are for building strength and hypertrophy.
Increases the total stimulus to help achieve those two things.
Otherwise, you would plateau forever, lol.
