Episode 72 pt. 1 - Trees save cities money. It's a measurable fact! - bad edit :-/

Tree removal projects lead to more runoff and cost you more money. Literally. Trees "intercept" rainfall and save municipalities money by reducing "peak flow events". Trees capture and slow rainfall from reaching the ground, and reduce the amount your cities (and taxpayers!) have to pay to process it. It's been researched, it's measurable, and most professionals, politicians, and companies do not understand it. That's a problem.
