Cord cutting exercise
You are going to imagine you have scissors that cut through all negative cords attached to you from past generations until this one and you will cut cords with everyone you have encounter with since birth. (This one is intense) some may cry after releasing

Cutting ties
Cut ties with everything that is making it easy for you to seek out sexual pleasure
I mean everything block and delete sites, web browsers history, music, movies that are heavily influenced by sex etc.

Bath/Shower
You are going to take coconut milk (organic) and you are going to shower with it, pour it from the top of your head and wash the rest of yourself with the milk, thank the I am for helping you cleanse yourself from dark negative entities.

You are going to bathe/shower with salt bath and hibiscus petals

If you don’t have access to those try going into nature lakes, sea etc (be safe) claim your essence and your power back.

This takes will power and resilience, you can do this!

Go into the forest, connect with nature, hug a tree and always give thanks.
