‘Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition - Announcement Trailer

The original Neverwinter Nights 2 was developed by Obsidian and released back in 2006. Almost 20 years later, it’s getting a proper remaster and polish. Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition is on its way and is being handled by Aspyr, who’ve also recently done the well-received Soul Reaver and Tomb Raider remasters.

The Neverwinter Nights games are long, involved RPGs with dozens of hours of content to plow through, and this enhanced edition includes all of the expansions, which includes Mask of the Betrayer, Stone of Zehir, and Mysteries of Westgate. If you like classic C-RPGs, this is one to keep your eye on.

Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC on July 15, 2025.
