Matthew Mastronardi is (was) a teacher in Spokane, Washington. Matthew's life took a drastic turn when one of his students asked if he would read from the curriculum appointed book "To Kill a Mockingbird". Matthew saw a teaching moment and read from the literary classic which was the catalyst to the loss of his teaching contract.
