The should be commuting crimes in their own countries—NOT OURS!

When an illegal commits a crime, that was a wholly preventable crime. Had our laws been enforced, had our border been secure, that person wouldn’t have been here, that crime wouldn’t have happened, those victims wouldn’t have been made.

It’s not about whether aliens commit more crimes than citizens, it’s about the fact they shouldn’t be here at all. Had we done our job and deported the unvetted or turned them around at the border, that crime would’ve never happened on our soil.

Are all illegals violent criminals? No, of course not. And will we ever get to zero illegals or zero crime? Absolutely not. But perfect can’t be the enemy of good. People need to go through a legal, vetting process prior to being accepted here, and one of the reasons for that is so that we’re not blindly accepting or inviting violent criminals.

This is utterly reasonable and obvious. It hurts my head and my heart that I have to explain it at all. ​⁠
