The Villages Garden Villa Is Out Of Touch

I went and looked at The Villages New Garden Villa's the other day and I was surprised by the lack of thought into the design, lack of lanai, no garage door entry, no golf cart garage and price. For the price, you could easily buy a designer home in The Villages with more options. I don't want to bust on The Villages too much, but someone dropped the ball on this one. It has potential, but if they plan on building more, they need a major re-thinking.
