Staying active during pregnancy and after childbirth can enhance your health and recovery.
Pregnancy exercises
• Regular walking for 15 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening accompanied by an adult who can help in case of emergency.
• Eat and drink water sufficiently before walking.
• Squats with the support of chairs.
• Butterfly exercise.
Postpartum exercises
• Kegel exercises are a must.
