Borderlands 4 Will NOT By $80 But the Monetization is WORSE!

Borderlands 4 has been put up for pre-sale and in a moment of lucidity, decided it will not be priced for the REAL FANS, but instead the current industry standard of $70. But if you are willing to pledge allegiance to Gearbox and Randy Pitchford, you can fork over up to $130 for Deluxe edition skins and guns, as this shows you how much money then intend to shake out of the player base post launch.

They will eventually charge you $80 for all AAA games. It's just a matter of time. They will not offer you any more value for the price increase, but they expect you to follow along like good little consumers. Don't play into their hands.
