Palestinians in Gaza either die of hunger or risk their lives for a bag of flour

For the first time in months, Israeli authorities allowed flour trucks to directly enter the northern Gaza Strip but blocked them from reaching storage facilities.
The lack of a clear distribution mechanism has left thousands searching for trucks to get flour directly.
