Rep. Andy Biggs: Trump doesn’t want to involve US in another forever war

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says that while he thinks further U.S. involvement in the Israel-Iran conflict is possible, it’s not what President Donald Trump wants. “If the president were to feel it necessary to make that step, the War Powers Act would require him to come to Congress within 60 days and provide justification,” he says. “And I’m a big believer that President Trump is trying to get to peace here. I think he genuinely does not like war.”
