I found with pretty much everyone, it's some truth, mixed with Sensationalized fiction. The Brotherhood of the Snake or Serpent, are the Reptilians. This is the reference. There is also the Salamander Elementals which are beings of Fire. This is in Manly P Hall's

"I think yes there might be possibly many programs, that are either to do with space or not.

But I don't think it would necessarily be the government doing it, it could be any number of private companies that are now doing such top secret work, (that are fully free of government control), not just to keep the secret from the public, but to protect their profits and secrets from competitors too... which might be another big motive for a cover up.

And If I am not wrong, the Freedom Of Information Act can't even touch them unless they are doing work on behalf of the government.

So if any less than noble ET group wanted total secrecy in their dealings with humanity, I think private corporations might be the way to go these days, as they are not accountable to the public as the government is..At least not in the same ways.

Some of the people that work for these companies are also the cleverest on Earth too, and if they are devious on top of that, then I do believe that they could do such things.

So I don't think it's one big secret program, but perhaps many smaller ones operating in parallel through these private companies. I don't think we have a secret space fleet though, that would be too hard to cover up... but maybe smaller secret test ships?
