Tehran Evacuation: IDF Strikes

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) issued an evacuation order for residents of District 18 in Tehran following multiple Iranian attacks on Tuesday night. An IDF Farsi-language spokesperson on X/Twitter urged citizens to immediately leave the designated area for their safety and health. The IDF subsequently announced airstrikes in the area, reportedly targeting a missile manufacturing facility in Hojir, near Tehran – a facility allegedly struck by the IDF previously in October. Iran launched multiple missile barrages (approximately 30 missiles total) towards central and northern Israel overnight, though these were intercepted. While no casualties were reported, the Magen David Adom (MDA) provided assistance to individuals injured while seeking shelter. The situation remains ongoing.
