Slow the movements down, stay in the burn and embrace it. Focus on what your body is doing. And think “belly button in” to engage the core. This will help support your lower back.

WARMUP —
Glute Bridges — 3 sets, 20 reps each

WORKOUT —
• Hip Thrusts — 4 sets, 20,15,10,8 reps
• Glute Hyperextensions — 3 sets, 20 reps
• Seated Leg Curls — 4 sets, 10-12 reps
• Leg Abductors — 4 sets, 10-12 reps

If you’re a beginner, start off with a low to no weights and a higher rep rate, & build from there. Form and technique is key in these movements so it’s better to nail your form before increasing your weights.
