The most important part and clear example of institutional narcissism starts at around 8minutes and 30 seconds and is of course tied into to the miscarriage of Justice that occurred for Lucy Letby
As well as just how important it is that we involve ourselves in any and all inquiries – because ultimately what good are recommendations if no one ever follows through on them
