2025 EDIT: The idea of a baby chewing its way through a giant cake alone sounds like abuse. You want morbidly-obese babies? Because that's how you get morbidly-obese babies. Still, it's a wonder this never makes the Konami compilation packages; It's a fun platformer, I'd buy it.
