DONKEY KONG: BANANZA - DIRECT 6.18.2025

Nintendo aired the full Donkey Kong Bananza Direct on June 18, 2025, showcasing the upcoming 3D open world action-adventure game Donkey Kong Bananza. In this fresh adventure, Donkey Kong and Pauline find themselves trapped in the mysterious Underground World. Players control Donkey Kong as he uses new powers like Tear Off, Swing, Chunk Jump, and Bananza abilities to traverse the world, destroy obstacles, and uncover secrets.

The presentation highlighted features such as Photo Mode, Assist Mode for accessibility, and the hunt for Bananzian Gems hidden throughout the world. Nintendo also revealed amiibo support, including a new Donkey Kong and Pauline figure launching alongside the game.
