Mutilated Minors SHOULD BE able to sue those that cause them the harm

While Connecticut permits surgery and life altering prescriptions for minors allegedly suffering from gender mis-identification and dysphoria, it DOES NOT permit the minor (once they become an adult) to sue those that cause them the permanent harm. We tried to give them that right, however the Democrats vehemently opposed the protection for our youth.
