Swarovski STC & ATC Update – The Fix We’ve Been Waiting For!

Hey there guys and gals, this is Chris with Ignited by Nature. In this video, I dive into a quiet—but important—update to the Swarovski Optik STC and ATC spotting scopes that most people haven’t heard about. Swarovski recently released a soft update in the form of a custom Arca-style mounting plate.

This plate features a ¼-inch male thread and two locking studs that align perfectly with the STC and ATC's base. It solves a major issue I had with the original design: limited mounting space and a lack of surface area that led to movement and instability while mounted on a tripod. Other Arca plates just didn’t cut it—but this new plate locks things down securely and solves the mounting frustration.

I didn’t even know this existed until I reached out to Swarovski. To their credit, they had the new plate shipped out from Rhode Island to Idaho in just a day. Super fast and very much appreciated.
