Earl Myers III, aka Waya El Calian, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, providing false identification, driving while license suspended/revoked, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, 2 counts possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell, along with citations for having an obscured tag, no proof of insurance, no driver's license, no motor vehicle registration, driving while suspended, and possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle. Myers was found to have 5 prior felony convictions for 2 counts of driving with a suspended license, hit and run, trafficking cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
