Fresh Milled Flour Sandwich Loaf Recipe Comparison of Two of the Most Popular Recipes

I started looking at the most popular Fresh Milled Flour (FMF) recipes on the internet. I priced out the cost of several of the recipes per loaf then decided to bake and compare. This video is comparing Grains In Small Places and Sue Becker's FMF Sandwich Bread Recipes

180g buttermilk/milk 111g honey
63g honey 638g FMF
555g FMF 3g Vital Wheat Gluten
9g salt 12g salt
42g butter 72g olive oil
1 egg 1 egg
10g yeast 10g lecithin
14g yeast

I baked these in 9x5 loaf pans at 350ºF/175ºC
I had to adjust the recipes because the original recipes were too wet, and needed additional flour added. I also converted the recipes to grams, as that is how I prefer my baking recipes.
They both tasted great and were equally enjoyed by my family.
