STEP_Springfield Twp Clear Zoning Proposal

Our Springfield Township board wants to spend $75K up front and ongoing maintenance cost to a A/E firm to make life easier for us to roll out a new and fancy Clear Zoning proposal system.

I find this hypocritical when this very same board is about to APPROVE a special land use permit making our lives living hell. STOP the HELL NO to WASTING $$ on a fancy zoning program when our Township funds need to be focused on fighting the local land mine.
